Eyeko has come up with some products in collaboration with Alexa Chung and I have had the chance to try out Me and My Shadow in Chocolate for a couple of months now. The eye shadow is double ended; the color is on one side and the other side is a small brush to be used for smudging. The brush does the job but it’s not ideal – I find it to be a bit too harsh for the eye lids. Also, color payoff is a bit on the light side when it’s blended but that can be remedied by not blending it much. However, I won’t say that I don’t like it. It is long lasting and does not crease on my oily eyelids. It is ideal for a daily light wash of color on the lids, a more intense lid color or even as a base for more sophisticated looks. It is also ideal to chug in your makeup bag for travelling.
